Angelspit - Boston-area leg of the tour lands on "Tax Day" (4/15)

Join us on April 15th ("Tax Day") for a world of techno-industrial genius mixed with madness and mayhem at the Cantab Lounge (Downstairs), 738 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge, MA.

Since 2004, Angelspit have been thrilling audiences the world over with their concoction of industrial-strength guitar riffs, clever hooks and pathologically disturbed synths.

Local dark-industrial bands Cancer Killing Gemini, Gastrea, and Streak were hand-picked by Dark Sky Productions to be the supporting acts for this incredible evening.

Tickets are $10 in advance/$15 at the door.
Pre-purchase tickets online at http://angelspit2011.eventbrite.com

For those of you who don't know, the Anvil Experience is where you get to see that new rock-doc called Anvil! The Story of Anvil (which has been called the real life This Is Spinal Tap) and then the band performs a short set immediately following. My friends saw this in NYC and said it was the best thing ever.

What does a Boston darkwave record label and a kids' music concert have in common?
ARLINGTON, MA - The Regent Theatre will be a bustle of activity during afternoon matinee hours next Saturday and Sunday (the 24th and 25th of January). The Paul Green School of Rock Music's young virtuosos will tackle the daunting task of captivating an all-ages audience with "A Tribute To The Who" starting at 1:00 PM both days.

With a spirit of true community, John DeGregorio, guitarist and programmer from the Watertown-based dark alternative band Amber Spyglass (http://www.amberspyglass.net) and founding member of Boston's newest indie label, Decorative Records, has signed on as the sound engineer for this production. John has run sound for many local concerts in the Greater Boston area, and is excited for the opportunity to work with School of Rock.

Tickets for "A Tribute to The Who" can be purchased in advance for $10 by calling 617-923-3434 or at the door for $13 day-of-show. The Regent Theatre is located at 7 Medford Street in Arlington, MA.
